My Beaded Beads are
constructed with a variety of glass seed beads, semi-precious
gem stones, gold and sterling silver beads. All components are
of the highest quality. The many shapes and sizes must be stitched
and fitted together like tiny puzzle pieces. It is an exacting
process, but one which never loses its fascination for me. It
is my meditation. I
am self taught in this art and have been making beaded beads
for a decade. My designs spring from a lifetime of fiber needlework.
My experience with needlework endowed me with a wonderful
instinctive sense of how to combine discreet bits of color
into an integrated whole that is more beautiful than the sum
of its parts. When my life intersected with beads my art took
flight.
My
Sea Anemones are constructed with semi-precious
stones, pearls or coral. I can create a custom Anemone
with your favorite stone. Wear it on a chain, cable
or they look great on a changeable finding like my Bead
Wand. |

This
bead is approximately 25 mm and is constructed with delicas,
size 11 and 14 seed beads, size 13 charlottes, 2mm round
aventurine and faceted 4mm round amethyst. The diamond pattern
is very precise and symmetrical, it is my most complex design.
The bead is vertically drilled and makes a wonderful pendant.
